Sara - 11 Course tasting menu


The culinary adventure presented by @sararestaurantto was spectacular. A well-thought-out 11-course tasting menu from start to finish. An orchestra of sample dishes that will leave you on culinary cloud nine. Before diving through the journey. I compliment the very chilled out patio impeccable service of the staff. This is my first tasting course menu.

Turnip Cakes with an Almond Dukkah Squash Latkes with the chive cream and salmon roe is a dish. I would recommend it! as great starter plates that excite you for the next course. Chopped Salad with the Wasabi Peas was a nice touch. Miso Burrata brings a fresh light course to the adventure. I love the local peaches and burrata put on the plate.



Then a Reuben Sandwich is one best sandwiches I've ever had. A Waygu Rueben over that golden ciabatta bun. Then you have that truffle mustard that you just want to dip on everything. After that delicious sandwich, you end up with something light.



Albacore Tuna was very light to the stomach and had a clean taste. The Tuna was a very fresh and smooth vinaigrette.


Then you have Shrimp Wontons that was amazing with Dan Dan Sauce.


Duck Wontons and I started drooling when the server the dumpling has duck confit with XO Sauce.


Tocino Octopus noting there is a side of pork belly, atchara and wild rice. The plate was such an eye-candy you can't stop taking pictures of your plate before having it.



Waygu Sirloin with Cassava Fries and Salsa Verde was incredible. Medium rare steak and everything on the plate was spectacular.


End the journey with Miso Pot Creme.
