The year the team didn't attend a night market in Markham, Ontario. We told ourselves we go big or go home this year. W had plans to see night markets in both Markham, Ontario and Richmond, British Columbia. Just unfortunate plans have changed due to pandemic and night markets were cancelled this year.
Since 2016, Night Market is an event we enjoy. Over 100 different stalls to explore around an area full of food and drinks. The social vibe of meeting new people or bumping into people in your past. The crazy lineup for that meal you're craving for especially getting stinky tofu. A plate of food we only get at a night market.
The type of food and drinks I only find at a night market excites me. Oyster Pancake, Grilled Squid, and quench your thirst either a watermelon drink or what about a drink with some flare to it. I look forward to next year we're able to gather and support local food joints. The stinky tofu, takoyaki, okonomiyaki, cotton candy burrito I will wait for you. I can't wait to physically interact with people waiting in line for that food you crave.
