A staple to the Vancouver Food Scene with its appetizing well thought out menu. My friends from Vancouver brought me here to hide from the snow while learning how this restaurant started was a great story to hear.
Charred Rapini was such an enjoyable taco as this plant tends to be bitter, but this restaurant found a way to cut it down. It included a romanesco salsa and almonds,
Sweet Potato and Leeks. I was so happy I ordered this taco. With a chimichurri and queso fresco on top, the flavour was so delightful to my palette.
Squid Taco with crispy coconut, tamarind mayo and jalapeno was a unique way to make squid tacos.
Then you have the nachos that you can take your hands off! Layers of your not so ordinary nachos cheese with chipotle crema was a match made in heaven! It was so heavenly. I would recommend ordering it to start your dining experience.
Then you have the Oaxacan Rice pudding which has a unique flavour and interesting concept for a dessert. Lastly, the Diablo cookie was not spicy, but you wouldn't share it with anyone else.
