In my opinion, Yolks is equivalent to Cora's in Toronto. This was a great start to the week with Eggs Benedict "House-Cured BC Salmon & Avocados". Very light and delicious brunch plate. My only negative review is the crusty English muffin. Maybe I just want mine warm and soft.
As you can see that yolk colour is truly eye-popping.
If anyone reads this and going to Yolks ...you must order the "Truffle Lemon Potato". It is out of this world delicious! If I had a chance I would second plate on the side! The smell of truffle and light citrus was so fragrant.
I want to thank my good friend in Vancouver for this awesome recommendation. I will definitely drag you with me to dine next time I'm back in town 🤣 Happy Monday All !!!
