One of my favourite restaurants to visit during the summer that has a distinctive drink menu and appealing street food items.
308 Dundas St W, Toronto

I initially reviewed this place when it opened back in May. Due to lock-down, take-out was the only way to support this restaurant. The food was well-packed but, the smell of good food tempts you to eat it outside their establishment.

The well-cooked skewer had that charred taste you would want for grilled meat. It was a great compliment to the DZO fried rice that includes an assortment of meat and herbs. A bowl of fried rice I would repeatedly order due to its sticky texture and rich flavour. The papaya salad by far one of the best I've had within the GTA. A subtle tart in the dish topped with beef jerky.
Dine-in was a better experience with a polite staff complying with the health measures. A knowledgeable staff that knows and ins and out of the menu. I love how engaged they were in describing the drinks and food they offer.

French Pho Beef Dip is a must-try. The flavours were Super! I would order this every day for lunch when we're back working in the office. Overall well thought out dish. I wish I drank that pho dip order more of that. I would also recommend the Sugar Prawn Pops as a starter for your meal. I compliment the chef for the well thoroughly menu as everything I've tried so far was a winner.
As the city is back in lock-down, the restaurants offering take-out through their delivery apps (Uber Eats, Skip the Dishes, Doordash) or take-out through Ritual. Overall, a restaurant to check out to satisfy your Viet street food craving.
