Kōjin Fire Lunch!

Kōjin Fire Lunch! The service was impeccable, and the flavours were just spot on. One of the amazing restaurants located in Shangri-La Hotel Toronto.

Radicchio Salad was very unexpected and I compliment the kitchen for that Scallion Vinaigrette as brought down the bitterness of the radicchio, brings some acidity to the salad. The salad also included sliced pear, shaved parmesan and these giant size croutons. Before your meal, they provided you with a chicken broth infused with certain teas for pallets cleanser. That was very appetizing.

Butcher Steak which was perfectly cooked medium rare was very delicious. Tender meat with easily cut and love the finish of salt. The plate included a Charred Broccoli with a light dressing, a hot pepper, fries and a homemade aged pepper sauce. I found it was the very mild and perfect pairing to the dish.

Lemon Sorbet very great way to end your meal however it's an add on to the prix fixe meal. I love how the sorbet had the lemon zest to it.

Overall Experience was a wonderful and very cozy place to dine
