A restaurant that offers contemporary dishes with a touch of Filipino flavours on the menu. As part of my targeted list of best "Interior Restaurants" in the city. This place has a very comfortable bar-restaurant vibe with vibrant colours and the high window, and simple wall art. I didn't realize the type of cuisine they offer until I saw the google reviews. The menu is small during lunchtime but very appetizing however it gets better during dinnertime.

The obvious choice for me was the Mushroom Noodles. The plate composes of egg noodles made daily cooked al dente. The various mushroom with a generous amount had a fresh taste that compliments well to the sauce.

The next dish was the poached salmon and reminded me of Sinigang but with a modern twist to it. A delicious flaky, tender piece of nova scotia salmon that has beautiful char marks. The mustard greens and shishito peppers were a nice compliment to the dish. Both ingredients bring in bitterness and a bit of fiery to it. The plate is complete with savoury dashi broth.

I was unfortunate enough as they only offer this during dinner service is the Miso Leche Flan. A very rich sweet flan that comes with a strawberry compote a rice dots and white chocolate crumble.

Overall a great experience, and would dine here again. I also would like to compliment the staff for the hospitality and knowledge of the food and drink menu.
