Before Sansotei, Kyouka, Jinya, Konjiki, Momofuku, Ramen Rajiin. I pledge my loyalty to Ryu Noodles Bar. The first ramen shop I was brought into and change my perception of a ramen bowl. A ramen bar that you let everyone know. "this, this my foodie friends" is that bowl of ramen. Having a bad day have this ramen. Hungover? This nay ramen elixir. Had a great day, and celebrating a win...celebrate a cold beer and this awesomeness... Imagine it, my dear friends...... As the server brings you this "Miso Pork Blaster" ramen and after a full roll of pictures. The first thing you see are those multiple thick slices of pork that looks like the kitchen of Ryu just blessed you after a long day at work. So Thick and easily falls apart, and then your senses are heightened with the smell of goodness. Then you have that custard type egg yolk perfectly cooked that you can regret not ordering extra.

Then you have the thick noodles that have some good bite to it that you just want to keep slurping away. Slurp slurp slurp that thick noodles while catching some warm bean sprouts hiding in the broth.

Then you have the broth glistening as you see here. That warm broth that you need on this cold day to warm you up. The warm broth brings you to a state of calmness and your favourite Barry White song starts playing in your head. The light fatty broth that you just want to this broth over and over again.
