Before I start this off, I have a question to ask. Every summer, do you have a place you go to fix your dessert cravings? Especially that scorching summer day. Where do you go for something sweet and refreshing? In 2019, Booyah in St. Clair was my go-to spot for their Ice Cream Taco, nothing they're open late. Last year was Death at Venice Gelato for their pandan flavour gelato. This year I text the family for Snowies Bingsu. I'll be honest the whole thing began with a Lychee aloe rose tea, then turned into being curious about what's a Bingsu.

I am very fortunate this place is located in Mississauga as I don't need to travel that far. The dessert is a sweet, delicate bowl of goodness with various unique flavours to pick. This place also releases limited edition Bingsu. You must check out their Instagram for delicious treats they're cooking up. My favourite limited edition is the Watermelon Punch. Recently Dine-In in Ontario has open so eating at the cafe was much nicer than eating in your car. Take-Out is still a great option if you want to bring it home.
The Injeolmi was my very first Bingsu at this place. Infused, various toppings including; rice cake, red bean, soybean power. Overall that was one flavour bomb of a treat. When people ask me about Snowies, I usually tell them to try the 3 Mixed Fruits which, you can select three fruits (Mango, Strawberry, Grape, Blueberry) that are available that day.
The Chocolate Brownie Bingsu (shown above) I highly recommend for chocolate lovers out there. Overall that bingsu will get you chocolate wasted especially, will love the generous chunks of brownies. They also have the Mango or Strawberry Cheesecake with real cheesecake chunks on top of the Shaved Ice. Either bingsu choices are a great option eating it outside with a beautiful view and a great Spotify playlist.
Kudos to the friendly staff for the hospitality and chilled playlist. Overall, it is a dessert spot you must try if you're in Mississauga.
